Click & Collect

SparrowSend will notify you when a new Click & Collect order arrives.
You can then generate a pick list and notify patients when their order is ready to pickup. When the patient arrives, you can record the pickup notes against the order with ease.
Refunds simplified
Inaccurate stock-on-hand numbers may result in being unable to fulfil the patient’s online order. If one item in the basket is out of stock, often the entire basket is refunded. SparrowSend allows you to quickly process either full or partial refunds on a per product basis.
Tracking
Depending on the tracking options available for a given shipping method, SparrowSend allows you to quickly access real-time tracking information for your orders. This tracking information (where available) is also automatically sent to your customers.
Self-Courier
SparrowSend supports pharmacies who choose to operate their own courier, and allows them to track the order status.
